- Please check that furniture and decorations are intact and in place.
- Please check linens and furniture to ensure no stains are present.
- Check for any lightbulbs that need replacement.
- Check AC temperature and reset to economy settings.
- Check for any left behind items including underneath beds, closet and drawers to make sure nothing was left behind.
- Check for the two remote TV controls and plug into the power cord.
- Check for the 3 sets of keys on the key-rack next to the entrance door and check if one set of keys are in the lock-box (code 1960).
- Note items that need to be restocked including: toilet paper, paper towels, wine, snacks, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets/detergent, trash bags (big and small), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made in writing at least 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the total rental cost.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Grace Period: A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in.
Security Deposit: The security deposit will always be refunded in the event of any cancellation.
