WE HAVE HIGH BEAR ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA. What’s provided: 1. All kitchen appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. 2. Towels (including kitchen) and linings. 3. Hand soap and dishwasher detergent(starter kit). 4. Toilet paper(2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels(1 roll). 5. Baby crib pack and play. 6. Trash bags(starter kit). What’s NOT provided 1. Salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, coffee filters, and or any sauces. The water in the hot tub may be cold when you arrive, we change the water after each guest and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it. Please report all issues if any on the check-in day or no later than noon of the following day.
