Make some popcorn if you feel like having an epic movie night during your stay. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, a spacious closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 comfy queen-sized beds and a closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a spacious closet and a Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has two comfy full-sized bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 5 features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom and has a lovely view of the pool area Bedroom 5 also has a king-sized bed, a closet and a Smart TV All bedrooms have new tempur-pedic beds and 55 inch smart TV's. If you have extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping area. BATHROOMS Each of the home's three full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom with a shower Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity and a large walk-in shower. Bathroom 3 is conveniently located in one of the other bedrooms. KITCHEN The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is a dining table with seating for eight. OUTDOOR SPACE It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, sun loungers. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay. We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book. Pool Service: The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays. Landscaping Services: To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays. Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters. Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay, but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules. Guest will have access to entire property.
