Additionally, they may create some extra noise in the morning. Please understand that we are unable to remove them as they are protected by the Federal Government.

**Full Refund**: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. - **50% Refund**: If the cancellation occurs 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked. - **50% Refund**: If the cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will also retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked. - **No Refund**: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided; however, the host will receive 100% of the payment for all nights booked.
