PLEASE, DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE AND INSIDE YOUR CAR, PUT IT IN THE BEAR-PROOF BINS LOCATED OUTSIDE. LOCK YOUR CAR. WE HAVE HIGH BEAR ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA. If trash bins are full during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can schedule pick-up. Pick-up is not available on Sunday.
NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this cabin (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. We are SERIOUS about protecting our cabins so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.
What’s provided:
1. All kitchen appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more.
2. Towels (including kitchen) and linings.
3. Hand soap and dishwasher detergent (starter kit).
4. Toilet paper(2 rolls per bathroom) and paper towels(1 roll).
5. Trash bags(starter kit).
Just a reminder, we have left the property with starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry tabs, soap, and shampoo. Once these starter supplies run out, you will need to provide additional supplies so please pack/plan accordingly!
What’s NOT provided
1. Salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, coffee filters, and or any sauces.
The water in the hot tub may be cold when you arrive, we change the water after each guest and it takes some time to heat up. Usually 2-4 degrees per hour. Please keep the lid closed at all times when you don't use it.
We are pleased to inform you that all of our smart TVs in the house are equipped with the capability to stream live TV, even if they do not have a cable box. To access this feature, simply navigate to the menu on the TV and select the Xfinity app. From there, you can enjoy a wide range of live TV channels without the need for a cable box.

* Unauthorized party penalty fee is $575
Cancellation Policy
**Full Refund**: Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- **50% Refund**: If the cancellation occurs 14 or more days before check-in, but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- **50% Refund**: If the cancellation takes place between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will also retain 50% of the payment for all nights booked.
- **No Refund**: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided; however, the host will receive 100% of the payment for all nights booked.
